We waited ages for our main course-40 minutes, to be exact. The vegetarian risotto was awful, just a bland, mushy mess. Despite telling the waitress, they didn't offer to adjust the bill. Really disappointing service overall.

Pizza restaurant on the premises, a nice size room with balcony, a view for the tour groups plus great breakfast. Breakfast with ham, porridge plus toppings.

What a lovely spot for a romantic getaway! The location's fantastic, just a short stroll from the town center, and the views across the loch are stunning. Our room was impressively spacious and very comfortable, plus the staff provided us with warm hospitality, making us feel right at home. We really enjoyed the Italian-themed restaurant-dinner was delicious, especially the ribeye steak!
We did find our room a bit chilly with just one radiator cranking out the heat. navigating all the stairs to get to our room was a bit of a workout—definitely would have appreciated a lift! But overall, it was a charming place to unwind.

The hotel was pleasant with sensational breakfasted and a stunning location for a day's hiking. Location: the property was really close to a morning stroll near the beach, shopping, and cafes, and loch Broom and the harbour. Everything was simply spotless...

We had a good stay for one night at the end of our Western Isles tour.
Greatly enjoyed our stay. The hotel was fairly clean with well-trained and hard-working staff who provided us with satisfactory breakfasts. The room was well-appointed and beautifully decorated, had fairly clean separate bathroom:)))

The spacious room boasted an outside seating area and an excellent shower. I enjoyed a delicious pizza for dinner and a wonderful breakfast to fuel my day of hiking. The staff were friendly, and the ample car parking was a bonus. With plenty of activities in the area, I left feeling thoroughly satisfied.
No complaints, just a lovely experience! 😊.

Rooms can feel cramped when a couple's luggage is involved, and there's limited space for hanging wet coats. If you're hoping for a quiet night, you might hear sounds from other rooms, as the walls lack soundproofing. I could clearly hear someone running around above me. Lastly, the dining area's layout is a bit odd, with tables set away from windows, and there's a strict time limit if you book ahead for meals, which can feel rushed.

We enjoyed the beautiful views from our room and the comfortable bed provided a great night's sleep. The Scottish porridge at breakfast was fantastic. A bit of a wait for check-in was a minor issue. I'd recommend this place.

Had a blast with friends! We explored the Ullapool Ferry Terminal and took in the views at the Harbour. The staff were super friendly, and our room was comfy. It's a solid spot for groups looking to unwind after a day out. Just a heads up, the wifi needs a boost, but overall, it was great!
We had an issue with the service at dinner. The food left much to be desired and didn't meet expectations. That said, it didn't ruin our trip.

Buzzing with excitement after exploring local eateries! The Royal Hotel Bar is a cozy spot with a fab view of the water, perfect for winding down. Plus, the friendly staff made my solo traveler vibes even better!
On the flip side, the room reminded me of a furniture desert-no chairs or surfaces, just a big ole bed. Had to crouch to access my toiletries and that shower dispenser? A proper struggle, mate!

great access to parks and local attractions makes exploring easy
I stayed for three nights and found the comfortable bed and great internet made my explorations enjoyable. Being just over 1 km from the Ullapool Museum and less than a 15-minute walk from Ardmair Beach meant I could easily stroll around and soak in the city's charm while discovering its rich history.

Just a well-suited match for a short stayover in Ullapool with good value. The view from the room was amazing. If you have heavy luggage, ask for help on the stairs.

The terrace in the Twin Room offers a nice space to enjoy the views, perfect for sipping on a drink in the evening. The location provides easy access to Ullapool's charming harbor and surrounding scenery.
Check-in was annoyingly slow, with only one staff member present, leading to a 15-minute wait even slightly early. The internet connection barely reached our room, a hassle when trying to work. Room amenities lacked basic necessities, like adequate storage for soap and hair products, and we found the parking situation problematic with no available spots at arrival, forcing us to park at a distance. Dining left much to be desired, with the food at dinner being nearly inedible.
